We, at RTS, believe that the journey of a candidate from a potential to an apt talent begins with skills training at the grassroots level, i.e., schools and colleges. With the implementation of National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF) from class IX onwards, the awareness as well as demand for vocational training is going to soar across all levels.

Route To Success (RTS) is very soon going to launch various certificate/diploma based Vocational & Computer training courses at the small towns, districts and block levels.

The aim of the RTS is to create public and private vocational training institutes and support systems for skill development.

• Upgrade skills of Indian youth to match up to international standards. The training is developed keeping this quality and standard in mind.
• Enhance and support the private sector to ensure that there is a significant operational and financial involvement from the private sector.
• Bring financing where market mechanisms are missing or ineffective.
• Focus on initiatives that can have a catalyst effect as opposed to a one-off effect.
